Isoactive sports drink is the most popular sports drink in Powerbar's product range. It is a 3-in-1 sports drink that replenishes your fluids, carbohydrates and electrolytes. Powerbar Isoactive sports drink is based on Powerbar's C2Max Dual Carb Mix with a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose. This ideal mix allows your body to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour, which is 30 grams more than with sports drinks based on glucose alone.

Moreover, Powerbar Isoactive sports drink offers a balanced mix of electrolytes (sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium, and magnesium). Electrolytes (minerals) support fluid regulation but are lost with perspiration. It is important to replenish them before and during exercise. A 2% loss of fluids can already affect your performance significantly.

Powerbar Isoactive is an ideal sports drink that helps maintain your fluid, electrolyte and carbohydrate balance. The isotonic formula enables your body to absorb the sports drink as fast as water. Powerbar Isoactive is suitable for all active athletes, whether for everyday low- and high-intensity training sessions or competitions.

Recommended use: Take 150 - 200 ml of sports drink every 15 minutes during exercise. Once mixed with water, consume the product within 24 hours.

Recommended dosage: Fill a sports bottle with 500 ml of water. Add 1.5 scoops of Isoactive powder. Shake well before use. Drink 1 - 2 bottles (500 ml) per hour depending on the weather conditions and intensity.
